As a pre-task activity we was asked to pick out editorial that you disliked
I found this editorial design on Pinterest. When I caught my eye on this magazine I knew that the visual communication has less interaction because the layout of the body text is a struggle to read. when a photograph and the use of color is overlapping. The whole approach of the page preserves difficult and confusing.
To improve you would need to experiment and find different ways to communicate with the layout. The layout would need to be simply and have white-spaces if possible. So then the narrative of the story can be understood clearly.
