I went to a concert with @notaveryxx last night!!!
I saw Badfish and they did a sublime tribute. IT WAS FUCKING RAD. so here's some pictures I got with a couple band members >:3
They also did a lot of crazy awesome stuff. Like at one point the entire band went down into the pit and played.
Hard to tell from where I was, which was against the barricade by the stage, but they're in the center of the pit just jammin out.
The drummer, also did a little skateboard trick off of his drum stand. During the next song they played, several other members of the band rode the skateboard with their guitars. Not to mention the insanely badass FIVE MINUTE drum solo.
I also got to give two of the band members crystals braclets!!!!!!! They even threw down shakers and we got to play with those during some songs.
There were also 2 bands that played before Badfish. They were Grives and Grateful Dub. Heres a vid of Grateful Dub
Overall very fun show and I had a blast.
Best part is that I got the tickets for free. Yup, 4 tickets for free.
Every year, my mom and I go to this record and music event. You can get like limited edition music stuff and a bunch of free stuff. So I was handed 4 free tickets by a guy working at a House of Blues stand, which was the venue this was at. He gave me the tickets because I was wearing a sublime shirt that day.
So awesome and that was probably the most chaotic fun concert I've been to.
Now im going to the beach so the party can continue lol!
