"badfish" final sketch v final linocut print (2020) [the assignment prompt was something along the lines of combining two words and illustrating it either literally or metaphorically, having always been a fan of mycology & marine biology i decided to combine "fish" with "mushroom"]

(i think this was like the second linocut i ever did and the first one was like in 2013 or some shit)

Shed slowly getting there. Still arranging stuff, so scuse mess lol

Bit of a downsize, tanks on top shelf of full wall rack removed so I can store my spare fish stuff.

A 4ft tank is being moved in under the shelving tomorrow, and possibly and tank as well.

The rack with the jewel tank on it (has skulls in it) will be getting a 4ft reptile tank on the top teir.

So a bit of shuffling still to go, but vid gives you a bit of an idea on how it looks

Before and after . Cleaned up all the rope lighting and put in much cleaner looking and way brighter led bar lighting. Can't tell how much brighter on the photo ,but it's a significant difference.

So a complex situation led me to obtain a 150 gallon tank. And then somebody surrendered a 6” long Senegal bichir to my local fish store. This is the result. His name is Ferrovax aka Noodle.
