As you may have seen, we were at the Summit to Reconnect Learning this week, and we made a few announcements. Just a couple small ones.
Like the forming of an independent Badge Alliance led by Erin Knight.
And commitments from Pearson, edX, Educational Testing Service (ETS), Workforce.io, ProExam, Hive and more.
And cities committing to building on the Chicago Summer of Learning model to become Cities of Learning:

You can read more about the Summit on the Mozilla blog, where Mark Surman offered his thoughts from the first day, and the Summit's announcements are shared in full.
A bigger reflection post will be here soon, but for now we'll leave you with one of the most heartfelt messages of the week:
I want to publicly acknowledge all the excellent facial hair at #SRL14 ... Impressive.
