Which one? If you're going to mention that an ex-mayor hit someone, then mention WHO in the first paragraph. Instead, the Brampton Guardian decides to mention it in second last paragraph. If it's not important, THEN DON'T MENTION IT IN THE HEADLINE.
Never mind that the headline doesn't fit the story. The CUPE protest is COMPLETELY UNRELATED to the pedestrian getting hit.
