Badimo Pt. 2 || Self Para
Her garden, it was the only thing that she found peace in nowadays. The influence of this man on her mind was growing far too strong. His thoughts, his wants, his desires invaded her consciousness day and night. It was as if a flood gate had been opened but the woman still didn't know who's dark mind it was that was taking all these woman.
Yanking the weeds from her flower bed, Zelda felt the familiar pull on her mind. She was in someone's house, it was vaguely familiar at first and then she realized why. It was Lillian's home. She walked into the living room and saw the women, the four of them all slumped over, some unconscious just waiting to be taken.
Zelda fought for control as they pulled the first girl out and then the second. The man was on a mission, one that consumed him so much that she was having trouble fighting him. After what seemed like an eternity, Zelda finally won. She forced the man to stop in the hallway in front of the mirror and stared at him through his own eyes. Eyes that were so familiar to her.
She fell to the ground, unable to move. The shock overtook her, the realization that she knew this person so well had her shaking. Everything made sense now but she was paralyzed by the truth. It had Sully all along. The fog, the uncertainty she found swirling in his mind. The mental blocks he had up, everything fell into place. She needed to call the police, she needed to tell them everything, but she couldn't move. Not yet.
Favourite song Xavier Rudd - Badimo
Badimo
The darkness was was all encompassing with swirls of blacks, grays, purples, and blues. There was so much sadness here coupled with fear. Hunger and pain gripped at the soul clawing it’s way in. There were flashes of light in the fog, sounds of crowded streets, smells of garbage. Then the darkness consumed the light once more. The two ebbed and flowed; darkness and light dancing together, until there was nothing but silence and black.
Zelda was startled out of the dream. She daren’t call it her own, she knew she’d been looking into someone’s mind. She couldn’t tell who it was but she knew a darkness had fallen upon the town.
This song is one of my inspiration songs for playing the didge.
