THEE FIRST POST
Ok allow me to tell you a bit about my self. I’m a kid (mid 20′s) that’s been cooking for the last 10 years and though I’ve been a line cook for 8 of these years, I’ve never been down with the abuse the cooks face. Yes you can learn without an angry chef yelling at you and embarrassing the fuck out of you. This blog is for me to shed light on the worst and best kitchens I’ve worked for in Chicago. If this by chance ruins your reputation, Fuck your reputation, be a better leader! Or better yet, be a better person.
