This family was formed while trialing a multitude of different hop and recipe combinations for what ended up becoming our OG IPA. Though they ended up with a recipe for Through the Glass that they truly adore, they also ended up discovering a number of other recipes along the way that they also love and simply couldn’t leave behind. Glass Garden features a blend of Citra and Simcoe hops. 6.5% abv. . Nose is tropical. Taste is citrusy and tropical with notes of grapefruit, mango, pineapple, and orange. It’s hoppy and piney with a medium body. Crushable! #Repost @val.beer.i Badlands Brewing • June Dipa (2021) . The monthly DIPA series is their neutral, hop ready canvas to play around with all thing's DIPA. The goal for the series is not only to bring you at least one DIPA per month, but also to allow them to push their base DIPA recipe in any number of directions with the goal of ultimately tweaking, refining and improving every DIPA in their lineup. June DIPA (2021) sees them mess around with their DIPA malt base. The result is a plush protein rich canvas that allows the hops to shine. Dry hopped with Galaxy, Idaho 7 and Citra. 8.2% abv. . Nose is tropical fruit. Taste is tropical and juicy with notes of peach, mango, grapefruit and orange zest. It’s piney and earthy. A bit dank. Good creamy mouthfeel.
