On 16th July, I placed an order with Ditch the Guilt for 60g chocolates.What followed was an absolute nightmare:No updates, no tracking for weeks.I had to chase them on Instagram, WhatsApp, and email just to get a response.Finally, after all the frustration, I received my order today – and it’s WRONG.I ordered 60g chocolates, but they sent 40g items instead. The worst part?✔ My order history on their website is now GONE – it shows like I never placed an order.✔ The 60g option I paid for has been completely removed from their website.✔ I still have the email and receipt proving I paid for 60g.This is beyond unprofessional – this feels dishonest. You can’t charge customers for something, deliver less, and then erase proof from the website.Brands like this need to be held accountable.
And guess what I am not the only one there are so many people out there facing the same problem I got to know by Instagram account of ditch the guilt reading the comments of customers theye are also deleting the comments.
