in Portugal every bag costs 10 cents and if stores sell free bags they get a ticket.
@simsofapt10 & @thickblacknerd- believe me when I say, this is the start, it will be much higher by the end of counsel meetings. Watch and see when I start whining about it. :D
OK, for me it’s a culture shock, yeah some stores requires bringing your own bags but now when I want to make purchases anywhere, I must have bags with me. It will take time for me to get use to it. A new must have in my already crowded purse.
