Tao felt eyes on him and he was sure that feeling was the reason why he was suddenly pulled from his sleep. Opening his eyes, he turned his head and cried out as he came face to face with Kyungsoo, who had such an evil looking glare on his face. Well no matter what kind of glare Kyungsoo gives him, it’s always evil looking. The other was Satan after all.
“What the hell Kyungsoo?!” Tao clutched his chest, his heart racing in his chest. “Why are you in my room?”
Kyungsoo smirked and sat back before pointing next to Tao. Tao turned and looked next to him and frowned as he saw Baekhyun curling in on himself, shifting around and trying to get comfortable.
“Baek, what’s wrong baby?” he asked as he sat up and leaned over, hand resting on Baekhyun’s shoulder gently.
“It hurts,” Baekhyun whispered and whimpered softly.
“What baby? What hurts?” Tao asked, fear and worry growing inside of him.
“It’s time Tao,” Kyungsoo said as he stood and walked around to the other side. “It’s why I’m here. I could feel him calling for me.” he said.
“Say what?” Tao asked, confused. What the hell was Kyungsoo talking about?
“He needed me, wanted my help, so I came. It’s time.” Kyungsoo said and looked into Tao’s eyes. “He’s going into labor.”
“What? He’s going into labor, but it’s too early. We still have two weeks!” Tao said.
“He’s coming Tao.” Baekhyun whimpered. “Yitao says he’s ready and I can’t stop him,” he whined and shifted, rolling onto his other side.
“Baekhyun,” Tao whispered. He reached out and rubbed the other’s back gently. “It’s okay baby, I’m here for you,” he told him and kissed his cheek gently. “What can I do to help?” he asked.
“Rub my belly.” Baekhyun whimpered out pathetically. He was in so much pain. His large stomach was in pain, his back was spasming and all he wanted was to close his eyes and go to sleep. That’s all he really wanted. But he couldn’t now because Yitao wanted out. Tao nodded his head and laid behind Baekhyun. Reaching around, he slipped his arm under Baekhyun’s and gently stroked his stomach as he had done many nights prior. He wasn’t sure if it was really helping or not, but he felt Baekhyun leaning back towards him, so he hoped that it was.
“Do you have things ready in the nursery for him?” Kyungsoo asked. Tao looked up and nodded, smiling. “Everything’s ready for our baby.”
“Good, we’ll need to get a bottle ready. And you’ll need to get Baekhyun on something else. Or at least get towels under him.”
“Why?” Tao asked confused as he stared at the other male.
“Well, how else do you think he’s going to have Yitao? He’s not going to magically pop out of his stomach.” Kyungsoo said.
“He’s….not?”
Kyungsoo groaned and shook his head, muttering something about a stupid panda as he stood and left the couple’s side. “Natural birth or I cut him open. Either way,” he said with a shrug.
“No!” Baekhyun growled lowly. “You’re not going to cut me open. I’ll do it….do it naturally.”
“Well, we don’t know if that really will happen,” Tao whispered. “We didn’t really discuss how this was going to happen. Maybe Yitao will magically appear?” he asked.
“Tao’s it’s been centuries since this has last happened. No one remembers how the baby was born.” Kyungsoo said and glanced at Baekhyun. “It might be the only way.”
“Well, we won’t know until later!” Baekhyun snapped. “We’re doing it naturally until we’re sure it can’t happen that way!”
“Okay, okay grumpy pants. Let me get towels then and we’ll set you up.” Kyungsoo said and left the bedroom.

Baekhyun had been in labor for nearly twelve hours. Within the last hour, it really started getting bad. Nothing Tao did seemed to help ease the pain in the other's back and belly. He could only sit there and watch as Baekhyun whimpered and cried from the pain, still determined to have Yitao the natural way.
"Oh my god just get him out!" Baekhyun screamed and grabbed a pillow and threw it at no one in particular. It was a way to relieve his pain.
“What do you want us to do? Are you ready for us to cut you open?” Kyungsoo asked as he stared at Baekhyun, neither had amused expressions. Both were upset over different reasons. Baekhyun’s reason was obvious, Kyungsoo’s is because he was ready for his godson to be born, had been waiting for twelve hours!
“No!” Baekhyun growled. He rolled onto his back gently and rubbed his bare belly, taking in deep breaths. “He’s almost ready. I can feel it.”
“He was supposed to be ready twelve hours ago! What are you doing, smoking pork?” Kyungsoo snapped.
“Yes! So shut up and be glad you’re still here.” Baekhyun snapped back. He shifted on the bed and pushed back the covers and got off the piles of towels that had been piled underneath him. He held his stomach and took a few steps, letting the blood slowly circulate through his body again.
“Where are you going?” Tao asked and stood instantly, moving to stand next to his boyfriend and take his arm gently.
“Going to the bathroom,” Baekhyun said and smiled. “I’ve got it, don’t worry. I’ll be right back,” he said and slowly waddled his way to the bathroom, closing the door behind him for a bit of privacy. He wasn’t in there long before he was screaming for Tao and Kyungsoo. The two males came rushing into the bathroom.
“Baby what’s wrong?” Tao asked.
“Baekhyun are you alright?” Kyungsoo asked, moving to the other’s side.
“I-” Baekhyun tried to get out, but another scream left him as pain seized his body.
“Oh my god,” Tao whispered, eyes locked onto the bloody mess on the floor. “Hyung get his pants off!” he said. Kyungsoo pulled down the stretchy material and nearly had a heart attack as he saw something hanging between Baekhyun’s legs that wasn’t supposed to be hanging there.
“Shit!” he shouted and reached down, holding the head.
“Oh my god!” Baekhyun screamed out in pain. Kyungsoo knelt down and helped guide the baby down and out as Baekhyun pushed through his contractions. The sudden delivery took them all by surprise, and none of them thought Baekhyun would be giving birth in the bathroom.
“He’s out!” Kyungsoo shouted and Baekhyun sighed in relief, body starting to slack. He felt himself going down and was worried he was going to fall and hurt himself, but strong arms wrapped around his body and caught him, guiding him down gently to sit on the toilet.
“I got you, baby,” Tao whispered. “Sit back and relax. It’s okay,” he said and kissed Baekhyun’s head. The older male smiled and nodded, eyelids drooping. Tao made sure Baekhyun as comfortable before moving to Kyungsoo, grabbing a towel from the closet on his way and knelt down next to him. He wrapped the silent newborn up as Kyungsoo ran into the next room and got the surgical scissors he may or may not have stolen and cut the umbilical cord.
Kyungsoo took the baby from Tao and checked him over before giving him a nice smack on the ass like he had read in the books to do. The sudden pain brought loud wails from the newborn and he smiled. “It’s a boy,” he announced happily as he stared down lovingly at the baby. “All fingers and toes and so beautiful. He has your eyebags Tao,” he said and chuckled.
Tao smiled and held out his arms and Kyungsoo passed his son over into his waiting arms. He held him gently, rocking him, trying to calm him. “It’s alright Yitao. Daddy’s got you,” he whispered. “Hush now my baby,” he said gently. Sitting back on the floor, he smiled down at Yitao, watching the baby slowly stopped crying.
The whimpers from Baekhyun caught his attention however and he looked up, watching as Kyungsoo cared for the new ‘mother’, cleaning him up and getting rid of the ‘nasty’ aspect of birth. It reeked of blood and cross stuff and Tao shivered slightly in disgust. But once it was cleaned up and Baekhyun was cleaned up, he stood.
“Here.” he said and handed Kyungsoo Yitao. He moved over to Baekhyun and lifted him up into his arms and carried him back out into the bedroom and laid him down. “Are you okay baby?” he asked gently, stroking Baekhyun’s hair gently.
“I’m fine,” Baekhyun whispered and smiled. “I want to see him. I need to hold him,” he said, arms outstretching as Kyungsoo walked over. The pass of the baby went smoothly and Baekhyun’s face lit up as he stared down at Yitao, the wiggling, whining newborn calming once in his mother’s arms.
“Yitao.” Baekhyun whispered and smiled. “My beautiful little baby, you’re finally here,” he whispered. “I’m so glad. I’m so happy to see you,” he whispered. With a shaking, gently hand, Baekhyun stroked Yitao’s head.
“He’s beautiful Baek.” Kyungsoo whispered as he stared down at the happy family. “You did a good job.” Baekhyun looked up at Kyungsoo and smiled.
“Thank you, Kyung, for being here for me. For helping me,” he said. Tao nodded as he crawled further into the bed and curled up around Baekhyun. He reached out and touched Yitao’s head and giggled as the baby turned his head slightly, but his eyes remained shut as he slept.
“Oh, he’s perfect! More beautiful than I pictured him.” Tao whispered. He wrapped his arms around Baekhyun and kissed him gently. “Thank you, baby, for bringing him into this world. “ he said.
“Thank you for giving him to me,” Baekhyun said. “Thank you for being with me Tao,” he said gently. “I love you Taozi.”
“I love you more.”
“I love you the mostest.” Baekhyun whispered.
“Not possible, and don’t fight me on it,” Tao said and Baekhyun laughed and nodded slowly. He gave up instantly because he was tired. He was tired and he was happy. Yitao was born, he was healthy and safe and that’s all that mattered to Baekhyun at the moment.
“Close your eyes baby, rest,” Tao whispered. He helped Baekhyun lay down and then gently laid Yitao down on Baekhyun’s chest to sleep as well. “I’ll be here,” he said.
“M’kay,” Baekhyun whispered. He took Tao’s hand and held it gently, lacing their fingers together as his eyes closed and he slowly drifted off to sleep. Tao stayed up for a while longer, not wanting to sleep and miss staring at the beautiful sight of mother and child. Yet after much convincing on Kyungsoo’s side, Tao finally laid down, curled up against his lover and child, and drifted off into a peaceful sleep.
Kyungsoo kept watch over the new family, a wide smile spread over his face. This was the start of something wonderful, and he couldn’t be happier to be apart of it.
