If you were to change one thing, in any of the universes you've written, what would it be?
Ooohhhhhh, this is such a good question, thank you, Bear!!!!
After thinking it through, I have realized that if I could go back and start over, I probably would not have included the "weapon" aspect of my current series.
To explain, in the Paragon series, every paragon (a person born with the ability to control one aspect of nature) also gets a weapon that is tied to them when their powers develop. It looks like a coin and when you flick it into the air it transforms into a unique weapon.
I came up with this series (and more specifically that idea) when I was about 15 or 16. You may be wondering "Sure, but why don't you just change it now? 16 year old you isn't going to find out." The answer to that is simply, I have made the mistake of making it integral to one (1) character's identity, arc, and whole bit. It just fits him so well and everything clicked when I worked out his weapon (or lack there of in his case) so.... I'm kinda locked in, no going back, all that fun stuff.
Again, this was a really fun question and a great thought exercise, thank you, my friend :D
