The delicious tastes of an everything bagel are mixed with pasta and fresh vegetables in this Everything Bagel Pasta Salad. It goes well with any meal and is great for potlucks, picnics, or as a side dish.
Ingredients: 8 oz pasta. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tbsp cream cheese. 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning. 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/2 cup cucumber, diced. 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped. 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let it cool. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, and everything bagel seasoning until well combined. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and fresh dill. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the pasta salad and toss until all ingredients are evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with additional fresh dill and a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning if desired. Serve cold and enjoy!
