jj: the only kind of rice she can make is the boxed one with the instructions. she’s white and was raised in pennsylvania so i doubt she was ever taught
hotch: he didn’t wash it until hey met hayley (she seems like the type). after he died he taught jack and now they prepare it together as a fun bonding activity :)

tara: i feel like she doesn’t own a rice cooker but also prepares it correctly. like she won’t half-ass anything and i think that applies to food as well
