Ingredients: 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream. 2 cups heavy cream. 1/2 cup sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup chocolate shavings. 1 cup crushed cookies your choice. Whipped cream for topping.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in Baileys Irish Cream and vanilla extract until well combined. In serving glasses, layer the Baileys cream mixture, chocolate shavings, and crushed cookies.
