A/n: hello everyone! I’m beyond excited to write this!!! I really like baizhu but we’ve barely seen him in game, and I can’t find anything of him (that isn’t fanart (btw all the fanart of him looks great keep up the good work artists!!!)) so... I’ll do it myself. I hope you all enjoy even though he isn’t one of the more well known characters, and have a glorious day/afternoon/night!!!

Baizhu can be described in two words, kind, yet shady. Though the whole shady part of his personality rarely follows into your relationship. Wether he’s just developed feelings for you, you’re super close friends, or in a romantic relationship, he tries to leave the merchant part of him back at the pharmacy.

I feel like I should say this now, but if you’re dating baizhu, qiqi comes with him. They’re kinda a package deal. While qiqi isn’t tied down to baizhu he still looks after her and cares for her. Thus he needs to make sure that she’s comfortable around you or there will be some... issues. Your relationship will just be very difficult.

Baizhu is typically very busy with the pharmacy and such, which means he can’t always divide his attention between you and you know... his work. So I feel like he’s invite you to work at the pharmacy once and a while, he truly believes it’s a win win for everyone. Wether it is or not is honestly up to you though.

Baizhu isn’t a very touchy man, though he does like to tell you through his words how he feels. An absolute master at sliding his arms around your waist, hugging you from behind and whispering sweet nothings in your ears. Or when you’re almost asleep he’ll just... say words. Words of affection, and affirmation, they don’t have to make sense. He just wants to tell you that you’re loved.

Now while I don’t think baizhu is the jealous type, he is very possessive. He also thinks that someone isn’t entitled to an explanation of wether or not you’re dating. Cause to him it’s really none of their business. Which it isn’t but not the point. He does show a pretty large amount of pda though, so it’s slightly obvious.

Baizhu has a weird knack for knowing exactly what’s wrong when you come home looking disheveled, or like you’re gonna scream. Maybe both I don’t know how you handle your anger/sadness/etc. And he knows exactly what to do to help you calm down, and relax.

To me baizhu is like dainsleif and has a almost calming presence. He can be very gentle and caring to many, but especially to you. And 10x how gentle he would normally be when you’re felling down. He hates when you’re upset, more so when it’s because of another person.

Speaking of him being gentle, if you’re an adventurer he’ll tend to whatever wounds you ever get while on commissions. He hates when you get injured, so he makes sure you’re ok and nothing is fatally injured about 20 times before he orders you to sit down. And if you don’t. Well you will. He’ll make sure of it.

I don’t think you go on many dates with baizhu. He’s typically really busy, and he just likes simple things. He doesn’t need a super extravagant date, what he wants most is just some time with you. Doesn’t matter what you’re doing just being with you is really calming and makes him super happy.

Has probably left you alone with qiqi a couple of times. He trusts you, and he trusts qiqi. So it shouldn’t be a problem. Qiqi isn’t a difficult kid or constantly needing to go go go like for example Klee, but she is a little oblivious at times.

All in all baizhu is a great boyfriend, and truly cares about you despite the rumors that he’s a sneaky, and sometimes unlawful merchant. Which he really doesn’t care what others think, he just is glad you’re with him god that sounded cheesy

A/n: not much baizhu stuff? Fine. I’ll write it myself. Seriously though I’m riding a bit of a brainrot of like three different characters right now and it just... ahhhhh. But baizhu is one of those characters, and I feel pretty fluffy right now, so here we are. I hope you enjoy, and have a marvelous day/afternoon/ night! (This is extremely short btw, it was sitting in my drafts for weeks and I thought I’d finish it now :’))

“God again?” Baizhu said sounding exhaustedyet concerned “what happened this time?” He pulled you over to a table where he could clean you up. You came home from a commission, looking very bloody and bruised. This wasn’t uncommon, but still it upset baizhu. You were so careless, and never had any sort of regard for your body.

You huffed as you sat down on the bathroom counter, baizhu examined you closely making sure you weren’t gravely injured. Thankfully you weren’t, but you were still a bloody mess.

“What the hell did you fight that got you this bloody?” Baizhu said under his breath. You looked away almost ashamed and said, “some fatui agents...” of course.

Baizhu sighed and looked at you dead in the eyes. “I understand this is your job, but you need to care even a tiny bit about your own well being.” His voice stern, and cold, but his words had a warm and caring undertone. He cared about you, he truly did, but at the rate you were at you’d end up gravely injured, or even worse.

You nodded in agreement at his words, you knew he was right, so you had no reason to protest. “Good, now let’s get you cleaned up shall we?” Baizhu said grabbing some things to help the few wounds you had. He’d always help you with your injuries when you returned, no matter how much he scolded you though, you always had more.
