Went into work with my mom @cindy_august today and when I saw this beautiful Christmas tree I knew there was no way I couldn't get a little handstand action going on! Day 1 of #naughtyorniceyogi is #bakasana meaning #cranepose or #crowpose (I think most people call bent arms crow and straight arms crane)!! I stopped by @rabbitholecafe for a smoothie and felt inspired to do my newly found #bakasanapress!! I remember the first time @andrew7sealy press from Bakasana into a handstand last April or May I just flipped my lid and thought it was the coolest thing ever! I remember trying to lift up and feeling like my hips were 1000lbs when I tried that day in class, and now they're finally floating up.
