Hey! I'd say it would be best to go to the doctors even if you think you are being silly because then at least you can put an ease to your worries/find out if it is caused by something. Sometimes getting lots of bruises out of nowhere or very easily can be a sign of low platelets, which can also be linked to your dizzy spells as that could be a sign of low red blood cells. Never think you're being silly for wondering why things are happening to your body and being concerned <3

I’m not necessarily worried I’m more kinda like WHY DO I LOOK LIKE I’M BEING BEATEN you know. The dizzy spells have been something I’ve dealt with for years like it’s a real common thing for me so that’s why I’ve always brushed it off, same really about the fast beating heart and stuff as I can’t tell what is mental health related or not you know? 

but then again I don’t want to go to the doctors and say I keep getting bruises because they’ll be like urmmm stop being clumsy or something
