Ingredients: 2 cans 15 oz each navy beans, drained and rinsed. 1/2 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup molasses. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup finely diced onion. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 cup water.
Instructions: Set oven temperature to 175C 350F. Ketchup, molasses, brown sugar, sliced onion, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt should all be combined in a mixing bowl. Add the rinsed and drained navy beans and stir until they are thoroughly covered in sauce. Spread the bean mixture evenly in a baking dish after transferring it there. To prevent the beans from drying out while baking, cover them with water. Bake, stirring halfway through, in the preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the beans are soft and the sauce has thickened.
