Ingredients: 1 cup ricotta cheese. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley. 1 teaspoon lemon zest. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375F 190C. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, chopped basil, chopped parsley, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet. Drizzle olive oil over the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the top is golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
