Salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 475F 245C. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into your desired pizza shape. Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza stone. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the pizza dough. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese and all of the Parmesan cheese over the garlic buttered dough. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the cheese layer. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce. Sprinkle dried oregano, crushed red pepper flakes if using, salt, and black pepper over the pizza. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before slicing.
