Equipped with a last loaf pusher the Oliver 797 will slice up to 200 bread loaves per hour. The optional (less expensive) combi unit works well for on demand slicing and slicing artisan bread products.
Designed for trouble-free smooth, quiet operation the 797 works very well behind the front counter. Oliver has the lowest cost blade replacement in the industry, contributing to low cost of ownership. Easily replaceable, rust resistant blades are available to the owner.
The Oliver 797 can be purchased in the following blade spacing 3/8”, 7/16”, 1/2”, 5/8”, 9/16”, 11/16”, 3/4”, 13/16”, 7/8” or 1”.
