Soooooo, I was thinking about Marcus/Luca, and imagine that the two of them come super early to prep some dough and they get to talking and flirting and Marcus makes a move but Luca shuts it down. But its not because he doesn't like him or want him, but because he has a firm rule of not dating/sleeping with people he works with. So Marcus is like "i understand" and things go back to normal, and to just light flirting. And the night before Marcus is set to leave Luca shows up to his house boat, and instantly says once the door opens "we don't work with each other anymore", and kisses him. They then proceed to have sex, and in the morning Luca makes him breakfast and drops him off at the airport.
