Beware
A slightly too-steep angle upon removal from the oven WILL end in Disaster.
Upside, rest of that fallen tray has been deemed edible by my dad, so, only like 2 full cookies lost! Extracted from oven floor via pair of spatulas and Caution.
Downside, those 2 are lost to FIRE.
...Yeah I am now awaiting the oven to cool 100% so that I can crawl inside it, unscrew the floor plate, and fish out Escaped Cookie from the heat-element-vents.
Because Only Extracting Cookie from the surface meant when I reheated it, there was Fire in the heat-source-vents that took a bit to die off.
