This hot summer in Berlin I was requested to do a vegan and gluten free baking workshop by the amazing image and film maker Juli Rivera http://fraumuttermund.tumblr.com/ and Miyuki Baker (who isn't a baker but wanted to live up to their name) http://heymiyuki.wordpress.com/ who are both amazing QTIPOC artists (do check out their work) as well as being friends. Some other friends joined us and we had a great workshop hosted in the best place possible, Isa's kitchen in a BIG communal house with a roof top terrace where we shared the delights after dark with so much good food in abundance! DIY baking at its best with a kaput oven blasting on high....a labour of love with laughter....and even a little tinkling of piano keys with the conversation oh and lets not forget the awesome zine sharing. Thats all you need really. So glad I got to a relaxed workshop with such talented friends, in the summer 2013, in Berlin.
