That sucks! I get putting it off though. I have a dentist appt I've needed to make for a year bc my back teeth hurt. Haven't done bc more pressing things come up and I'm pretty sure it's my wisdom teeth and don't want to deal with that

yuuup.  I’ve p. much decided to call on Monday and set an appointment, but only because the pain is like.. unreal.  It got a little better after a hot shower (heat helping is another bingo clue for me that I may be back in carpal tunnel land), but since I need to get in to see him and get set up in his new practice office anyway... I guess this is as good an excuse as any.

And yeah, dental yech.  At some point i’m gonna have to bite that bullet too (no pun intended) but it ain’t happening anytime soon.

i have the same problem. i like very few veggies, none of them meat substitutes. and i have high triglycerides so i can't eat soy based foods bc soy is very fatty.

it’s so frustrating. it’s impossible for me to find good recipes that are actually healthy because 99% of them are so heavily reliant on plants, and the majority of green and orange vegetables taste like raw sewage to me. i struggle badly to keep them down most of the time - when i say “choke down” i’m not even remotely joking. & nobody has ever been able to (or even been interested in) helping me with it or understanding it, i just get judgement and get treated like a child because there’s such a massive preconception about it. sigh.
