These are the EASIEST peanut butter 'kiss' cookies ever!! And so tasty! Just 4 ingredients (and super easy to cut in half for smaller batches or multiply for bigger batches): - 2 cups creamy peanut butter - 1 cup sugar - 2 eggs - as many pieces of chocolate as you have cookies (we used to use Hershey's Kisses back in the US, but we don't have those here in Belgium, so dark baking chocolate it is!) Mix until all the ingredients are blended and you've got a thick paste. Roll into balls (as big as you'd like 😉) and place on a cookie sheet or baking tray. We rolled some of ours in sugar before baking. Then criss-cross with a fork. They don't spread much so you can probably fit more than 'usual' on a tray. We baked these for 9 minutes at 175°C (350°F for you imperial heathens out there), added our dark chocolate 'squares', and then baked for another 2 minutes. Clean up was incredibly easy too! #YuleTraditions #PeanutButterChocolateCookies #BakingWithTeens https://www.instagram.com/p/CmjTqscMlxx/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
