He was serious? Was that ... genuine? An act of kindness from Bakugou Katsuki? That was simply unheard of when the blond practically foamed from the mouth at every word. The very idea made his body tense, spending more time with him than he necessarily wanted to. “You’re serious?” Eyebrows knitted together as he studied the other in disbelief. “When have you ever been concerned about my well being? You have nothing to gain from it.” It didn’t make a lick of sense to him why someone like Bakugou would waste time being genuine after all of their time bickering. It wasn’t as if they had ever seen eye to eye in the past and there was no way that someone could change in a heartbeat.
