I mean, our thoughts come from our bodies...so how could one be separate from the other? When we encounter something negative our emotions create anger, sadness, confusion. When we encounter something amazing our emotions create butterflies, joy or love. I personally believe that our thoughts create everything. What you think about you bring about. What you fear will appear. And when you harbor negative emotions or thoughts what happens? They are stuck inside you. We don’t let them escape. And what happens when the negative emotions continue to pile up, become pronlonged, and aren’t addressed? They get worse and those cells of fear, frustration, anger or sadness, whatever that emotion is, manifests from energy to physical. Aches, pains, did-eases all stem from the energy of negative emotions that we never release. So my point is this: let that crap go. If you can’t change your circumstances, change your mindset. Raise your vibration by doing more dancing, hugging, loving, random acts of kindness, singing, playing, massages. Get your body moving and align mind with your ideal body type.
