Grilled salmon, my grandmother's favorite dish of all time. I can't tell you how many times growing up I enjoyed grilled salmon at my grandparents' house in Florida as well as my grandmother's house in Crown Point. This dish was enjoyed at Samalona Signature located inside Bali Collection.

The empty, abandoned North Zone of Bali Collection is open to walk around. It looks like the management is getting ready to fill this end of the mall with shops and restaurants. This mall has greatly transformed compared to four years ago during the height of the COVID pandemic.

The last time that we had eaten at White Orchid located in Bali Collection was just prior to the COVID pandemic hitting Indonesia (which would have been December 2019). The location is in a different spot but the food was still quite tasty. It's good to see that this outdoor mall has filled in from being a dead mall during the height of the pandemic.

Endang wanted to go to Bali Collection to see if anything had changed, which of course it was still mostly dead with the exception of a new vendor exhibition at the front entrance.
