Excuse the lopsided view.
This is the choreo so far from 3 classes of the performance workshop. The new bits we added last class were in the end with the attitude, sissones, soutenu and grand jeté. We had to learn that in the last 10 minutes of class! I better polish that up before Saturday.
Originally we used Bon Iver’s Michicant which was slower, and it felt more dragged out. We switched to 4 mains by Giovanni Rosati because we all loved the snappiness and the energy it sends to the choreography. As our teacher said, sometimes when you listen to a piece of music that’s just right for your choreography, everything falls into place.
