These banana butterscotch blondies are a delicious take on regular blondies. They have the sweet taste of ripe bananas and the rich flavor of butterscotch chips.
Ingredients: 1 cup mashed bananas. 1/2 cup melted butter. 1 cup brown sugar. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup butterscotch chips.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. A 9x9-inch baking pan should be greased. Put mashed bananas, melted butter, and brown sugar in a bowl and mix them together until they are well blended. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix well. Just until they are mixed in, add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the butterscotch chips and mix them in. Pour the batter into the pan that has been prepared. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Let it cool down before you cut it into squares.
