Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas, frozen. 1 cup vanilla yogurt. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional.
Instructions: In a food processor, blend the frozen bananas until smooth. Add vanilla yogurt, ground cinnamon, and honey or maple syrup if using, and blend until well combined. Transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm. Serve and enjoy!
