The pie wee mere get back to the story

You're in the middle of being accosted by Twilight for having 'stolen' one of her books. Your brain seems to have shorted a few times, but a system shock jolts you back into focus when Pinkie's face emerges from the basket. "Hey, Banana Pie? can you tell me what Sugar's favorite food is?" Pinkie peeks from within the pile of moondust. "I'd ask her directly, but I can't get into where she is- Oh, hi Twilight! This is one of my cousins." "Why am I not surprised, when you carry the Pie family name..." Twilight instantly drops her poise and relaxes. "What I'm surprised by, is that you haven't touched all this moondust." "WHAT. That's all... Where did it even come from-" Aloe exits with a second mountainous cartful of moondust. "still more to go, we've got our work cut out for us... Oh, hi Pinkie!" Pinkie hi's back, now out of the cart. Twilight pipes up again after a beat of silence. "So, Pinkie? I'm gonna take this stuff, and you're gonna keep an eye on your cousin while he's here. I can't have anyone snooping in the private sections of my library right now." Twilight's taken care of. Now it's up to you to figure out what Sugar likes to help out with her Belated Birthday Bash.

Ohhhh IT free book

You give her the book. "Just who are you? This book is under lock and key!" Oh, right. The necronomicon came from the Secret Library that she has, not the one she has out in public. You don't think it's a good idea to explain how you got it - you feel like if you did, then you'd never be able to do it again. And those books are good for figuring out your Important Stuff when it doesn't come to banans... "And what in the world is that?" It seems Twilight hasn't seen Moondust before.

unfortunately, it seems a lack of response time has resulted in indecision for our Bananquester. Having three things to do at once must be too much... Twilight speaks up. “I don’t understand a single thing that happened. First a banana earth pony gets born under a new star? And then performs magic, despite being an earth pony? And ponies stapled him to the side of a barn - and then a few days later he WENT TO THE MOON TO OPEN A CANDY SHOP? WHAT KIND OF WHIPLASH ARE YOU TRYING TO GIVE ME?” You are currently holding the Necronomicon, in front of a cartload of Moondust.

okay let's get back to the story

Well, Twilight's getting out of her containment soon. You have to give her Her Necronomicon. Sugar's still in Deep Preening, because there's yet more moondust to shake out of her. One cartful is out already. How do you handle Twilight getting out, considering you put her there for a short half hour? (putting her back in is not an option; she'll see it coming this time and counter your banagic. Then you'll be in trouble with her.)

It's a new year Let's continue the story

let's see here... Where we last left off, Twilight was holed up in a jar of mayo in the Land of Banissmas, for almost half an hour. You had an idea involving showing Twilight the moondust once she's out, as well as probably give her the Necronomicon you were bananquesting to this place for. (hopefully she's too distracted to be upset at you not returning it for as long as you did.) Other than that, it's just a bit more time at the spa with your Girl Friend before you expect Pinkie Pie to drag y'all away for a Belated Birthday Bash for her.

mayonnaise Open a portal I'm sending Twilight too bananpie Christmas Eve planet

You try and think of something to tell Twilight as a distraction, and you decide that nothing's gonna work and you have to resort to the Jar of Mayo. "Wha-" opening up the lid, you flash your banagic in order to whisk her into a subdimension. Looking in, you see she is completely disoriented. "b-but it isn't even Winter Wrapup for another 7 months..." she wavers, confused and dazed.

The banagic's timer elapses in 25 minutes. Relief washes over you as that's enough time to hide away your book about timelines and multiverse theory and replace it with something else from your bananbag. Also in your bananbag happens to be that necronomicon. ...Wait, wasn't Twilight your quest marker for that right now? Before the 25 minutes is even up, Aloe bursts through the Deep Preening outgoing doors. "Sweet hotcakes, how was THIS MUCH STUFF hiding in those little wings of hers?" She's carting a towel cart holding a small hill of moondust. This gives you an idea on making sure you don't have to see Twilight for more than 2 minutes. Narrator-kun hopes you're not gonna be rude to her and mess with her wings, however. That would be a bad idea - especially since her sorcery far outstrips your banagic in terms of direct confrontation. Perks of becoming an allicorn, you measure.

Spa fist + food

Well, that makes it quite clear that a massage is in order. And since you're not hurting for anything, you decide to take it easy and read one of your books - "Time Lines and You." It's some fun nonfiction to kill time with, and you've literally done that before.

"What's with these poor wings? They're totally dead. We can't just leave that be! You need to be taken to Deep Preening." Aloe takes Sugar through a winding path. Since you are frien, you decide waiting near where she'll be taken out from is the best idea. With some recovered banagic, you set up a reader's retreat just outside the doors. However, you are quickly interrupted by a voice you weren't expecting at the spa. Guess it's a spa day for everyone, ain't it? "Is that Timelines and You by Dr. Whooves? I've never read his works! What's in it?"

oh dear. The Fourth Allicorn has chosen to talk with you. and she is NOT allowed to know that multiverse theory is true and time travel isn't always recursive. For whatever reason, Pinkie has not said a word on this tour - only following at a good 8 paces behind. I have no knowledge on what you're talking about, so narrator-kun is unable to produce an image. After an hour of the tour, you manage your banagic to get out of the Everfree Forest. and then Pinkie starts the question barrage on Sugar. "Hi! My name is Pinkie Pie! I see you met my second cousin. What're you doing over here in Ponyville?" "uh... He's bringing back a book, and I have something that a spa day would help with-" "Name?" "Sugar Breeze. I need to take off whatever this thing is from my back, could you give me a second?" "Oh, but there's no time! I simply must know where you're from!" Nipping this in the bud, Pinkie Pie is hearing a lot about how she's from Hoofer, she likes working, and it's getting a little uncomfortable can she take the thing off now?
