Charm and Bancat, Chara-Moe-Tai's mascots for the 2003 "Comp-tai VS Chara-Moe-Tai" art contest. They were created by the artist Tonpuu (とんぷう). Charm is an android with an energetic and sarcastic personality. She can appear tough, but her inner anxieties are clearly displayed by the E.D.S. (Emotion Display System) on her head. Bancat is Charm's mecha guard cat, but he is unreliable. He fills a tsukkomi role and gets angry if he is called a disc creature.
