What if the banditos bring flowers to those who they want to get out of dema. Like, sending them via letters or some shit.
However, what if each settlement in trench has its own flower they use for that. And what if there are always some petals missing, pattern like. Every settlement has its own flower, and every "citizen" that is knowledgable enough to escort people out of dema, has their own "flower code". It's kinda like a QR code, but like. I suck at explaining hold on lemme pull out Paint for explanation scribbles
Lets say Josh's settlement has Gerbera/Germini as their settlement flower. Here's our reference for this:
Okay? Okay.
Now, what I mean with "flower code" is like. Petals being taken off in a specific pattern to showcase who the message is from. It's a code only banditos know.
Examples:
The blue petals are the ones that were plucked out. I think this would be a good way of the banditos to stay in touch without giving away their names, in case the letters were cought by the bishops.
Maybe among themselves they draw the flowers onto the letters so they dont have a massive decline in flowers. To escort people out of dema though they use the flowers; They're not just a signature as to who fetches that person, but also a verification THAT they are being fetched
Ooooo this? This is a REALLY cool idea??? A really really cool idea? I love this a lot. Esp since we saw Tyler like saving his flowers.
I think storms in Trench are extremely violent and can pop up with very little warning. The most experienced Banditos can tell…whether through pressure changes in the air or the way wind smells, no one’s too sure. They seem to have a sixth sense for it.
But the storms are relentless. The tents are no match for the wind, you’d better hope you can find a cave or some sort of rock to hide within. The wind howls and hisses, like a wild animal. It’s deafening at times, you can’t hear anything else.
The wind drives the rain (and hail) horizontal, and it’s piercingly cold. It soaks through any layers you’re wearing and hits your bare skin like tiny blades.
And the lightning. The lightning is so intense some people consider it to be supernatural. New escapees think they’re being punished by their Bishop when the lightning starts. It can last for minutes at a time, tearing its way through the thick, black clouds before finding its mark on the ground. It pops and cracks and rumbles above your head, the only sound that can break through the sound of the wind.
The storms can last anywhere from five minutes to hours, and they leave as quickly as they arrive. The lightning and wind leave scars on the land, but the smell that hangs in the air afterwards is sweet.
