Regressor! Bang-ul Headcanons

A/N: I decided to write Bang-ul hcs bc I love him and he’s my baby…I hope that’s okay!! I’ll probably write some more hcs for him later on too since I plan on rewatching the show within a couple months.

•He’s definitely a little kid/toddler regressor, so his age range is around 2-7. He usually stays around 4-6 though.

•He is very very playful and energetic. He loves to run around and play, he especially loves playing with other people.

•Of course, his caregiver is Haetsal so he’s always around her when he’s regressed. Though, sometimes if Ha-joon is there too, Bang-ul will stay around him. Ha-joon is definitely more of a bother figure rather than a caregiver one to Bang-ul, mainly because he sometimes regresses along side him too.

•Bang-ul tends to be very clingy, typically when he’s towards the more younger side of his regression. He’ll go everywhere Haetsal goes and will hold onto her arm or hand constantly.

•He’s generally really happy and cheerful. He’s practically always smiling and giggling over things, it’s very rare for him to be in a bad mood or for him to be fussy.

•On the rare occasion he is in a bad mood or gets grumpy, the most he’ll do is pout or whine. He’s not much of a crier, and he’s definitely not the type to have a tantrum.

•Unfortunately, he does tend to have nightmares about the near death experience he had. Waking up from that is one of the only times he’ll cry, but even then, he doesn’t cry for long. Once Haetsal comforts him for a few minutes, he’ll calm down fairly quick.

•He has a ton of random, old toys that he loves playing with. I can see him loving vintage toys so he mostly has those, but he also has some modern toys as well.

•He’s so curious and nosy, he’s always in everyone’s business trying to see what they’re doing and wanting to help with whatever it is they’re doing.

•He loves having a stuffed animal to carry around with him, but he usually never has the same one, he almost always has a different one. He’ll have a black cat stuffed animal one time and then the next time he regresses he’ll have a fox, and it just keeps changing.

•He can be a little clumsy sometimes, mainly when he’s around the ages of 2-4 years old. He’ll trip over his feet or randomly lose his balance. Though, every time it happens he always starts giggling about it, luckily he never gets hurt.

•It takes a while for him to burn off all of his energy, but once he finally does, he gets so so so sleepy. He’ll fall asleep literally anywhere and be out for hours. He’s a deep sleeper too, so waking him up is almost impossible.

Caregiver! Bang-ul Headcanons

•He’s definitely more of an older brother type of caregiver. He’s very caring and protective, but he’s also so energetic and playful, as well as a bit unserious at times too.

•He mostly cares for Haetsal when she’s regressed, but he’ll also look after Ha-joon as well. Really, he’ll look after anyone he’s really good with caring for people.

•He’s definitely very protective and cautious about things. While he can be a bit silly and funny, he also knows when it’s important to be serious and careful.

•Bang-ul is a flip, so he regresses as well. He has absolutely no problem with letting other regressors borrow his regression items while he’s caregiving. He’ll let them borrow and use whatever it is that they may want.

•He’s actually really good at comforting his regressor when they’re upset. He can be very soft spoken and talk them through whatever they’re going through, or he can be make them laugh. It depends on the regressor and how they’re feeling.

•He’s a clingy type of caregiver too. Bang-ul loves being around his regressor and cuddling with them. Though, if they need space, he’ll of course give them space.

•He really enjoys playing with his regressor. He gets so excited when they ask him to play with them, he’s always open for playing.

•Bang-ul absolutely loves caregiving. He takes his role as a caregiver very seriously and is just so glad when people feel safe and comfortable around him to let themselves regress. He finds it very important for himself to care for them to the best of his abilities.
