New Bang Announcement!!!

Hello, everyone!!!! It makes me happy to announce... The Next Bang!!!! This bang requires some explanation, 'cause it's not like the last two! This bang is what's called a Reverse Bang. This means that the Artists go first, and the Authors pick which person's art they'll be writing fic for!!!

The theme for this bang is: Books!!!! In essence, anything goes as long as the main plot device is books!!! Bookstore AU, Story-Told-Through-X-Character's-Diary AU, and so many others are valid for this bang!!! If you have any questions, feel free to ping a mod!!!

hi! i know that claims took longer, so i was wondering if the schedule you guys had up is still true? as in is the 75% fic complete and artist outline check-in still Nov 15th? i'm excited about this bang!

Hello! It should still hold true, with one small change: we will not be requiring 75% done at this time. It’s a good benchmark to have especially to avoid last minute scrambling, but with all the mess that’s been going on, we don’t think it’s a fair benchmark.We will be asking instead how the partnership between you and your artist is going and inquiring about posting dates!

Hello, everyone!!! Today, Artist and Beta Reader Sign-Ups are open!!!

How it works:

You click the link for your sign-up of choice!!!

When you hit the “pick your fic” section, you’ll need to pull up the fic list for this bang!!! The link for that can be found HERE, or at the bottom of the post!

From here, read through all the fics and pick your Top 5 to work on!!! Beta Readers, please keep in mind that some folks don’t want a beta reader; it’s stated at the bottom of their fic submission

Finally, when you’ve picked your Top 5, submit your submission!!! If you want to be cool, feel free to fill out the fun little survey question that’s at the end of the sign-ups.

Hey guys!!!

Some of y'all have asked for a week extension (let's be real, school has caught up with a lot of you) so I am here to deliver!!!

The new timeline is as follows:

1/28/19: End date for completing works (with exceptions to long multichapters), plus the posting survey. 1/30/19: End date of the posting survey 2/4/19: Start of posting

Let me know if any of you need more time, but unless there is an Act Of God (ie illness, life shit, ect) that's how the timeline will remain.

Apologies to those who have rushed to get your stuff done by the timeline, but now you have more time to write :3
