Hey! Is this dead?

Hey, Anon! For the most part, yes, Famder News is dead. The team and I started this project over a summer holiday, and then as school kicked back in we had less time to work on this. We leave the blog up because it makes us happy to recall all the fun and the memories we had while working on this. Apologies to the newest followers, but this blog is very much dead. I hope that if someone picks up where we left off on a new blog, that we get to hear about it so we can spread out more Famder News uvu

New Bang Announcement!!!

Hello, everyone!!!! It makes me happy to announce... The Next Bang!!!! This bang requires some explanation, 'cause it's not like the last two! This bang is what's called a Reverse Bang. This means that the Artists go first, and the Authors pick which person's art they'll be writing fic for!!!

The theme for this bang is: Books!!!! In essence, anything goes as long as the main plot device is books!!! Bookstore AU, Story-Told-Through-X-Character's-Diary AU, and so many others are valid for this bang!!! If you have any questions, feel free to ping a mod!!!

Hey guys! We’ve gotten a couple of asks about this, so I’m going to put the topic to rest.

 We are aware that the concept art for Janus is a little different compared to the others. We happen to have several artists helping us bring this blog to fruition and will therefore end up with different art styles throughout the story. We, personally, think the multiple stylistic choices of the artists helps to bring different background information to light, and allows for multiple visual angles of the story.

 We are aware that many of these asks stem from This One Right Here [Link], and are trying to clarify what the asker may have meant. Janus’s art is not “messed up,” it is a different style that was encouraged for the story.

 Please stop sending us asks about this.

Famder News UPDATES

Hi, everyone! Mod Wheat here!!!

Firstly, sorry for all of us being MIA for the past... Oh, jeez, three weeks. School and IRL has snuck up on the whole mod team, so we’re really sorry about that. College and school and stuff for all of us, really eats up your time!!!

Secondly, we ARE going to post our 700 follower milestone soon... which, at this point, will be a 900 follower milestone (like, jesus, guys!!! We love you all SO much, we weren’t expecting to get so many followers) instead--keep your eyes peeled for that one!

And, thirdly, we REALLY want to apologize for not being alive on here!!! I know you guys were worried, but I promise that we’re all fine!!! Last, but not least, I wanted to thank you guys for being so patient with us. We’re going to start posting again for realsies, but on a one-post-a-week basis rather than several posts a week basis due to school. We’ll update you guys with that a bit later, with our first Real Post for the post-hiatus from us.
