something that isnt really remarked on is that artemis turned immortal in his 40s. and while it is true that he was canonically still in his prime and with very good physical health, he must have at least a couple age-related pains, especially with some of the crazy shit he pulls off strenght and agility wise

so like. imagine being stuck with an immortality you dont even want, tossed around by your bald dark elf situationship's crazy plans, and on top of that you have to deal with random knee or back pains. no wonder he's always Like That
