We are attracted to people who share our values. They also say “opposites attract.” Which is right?
Well, each of us is a mixture of different personality traits, different parental-influenced behaviors, and cultural backgrounds. When we know about our own personality type and that of the person we are talking to, we may be able to have better conversations and better connections.
In my clinic, I have found that knowing a person’s BANK code type may improve my connection and communication with them. The below video describes some ways that a marriage or relationship can be made or destroyed if personality types are (or aren’t) understood and applied.
