FRIEND'S OC: CHARALAMBOS "MAKARA" KATSARA-KOZLOV

What a name! Friends, it's my heckin birthday today!!! However, it was also a dear friend of mine's birthday a few days ago: @banmitbandit! As a fun birthday present, I drew one of their OCs, Makara! They have a few different forms but I drew the one from a DnD game Mit plays, and they're sort of Tiefling-esque. (I don't actually know the specifics) Makky has been described as a compulsive liar, a manipulative shithead, but ultimately on the side of good. I think they're pretty hot too, so I gave them this pose. I had actually used a similar pose before, but that piece is NSFW so I never got around to posting it. What are Tumblr's rules about that stuff again? I can never parse them.
