I control Jhoira and I suspend two things at the same time (say Blightsteel Colossus and Clone). On the final upkeep is it A) remove both time counters, cast both spells, or B) remove one time counter, cast Blightsteel, resolve Blightsteel, then remove time counter, cast Clone, resolve Clone? Thanks.
When your upkeep begins, both of the suspend triggers will go on the stack in the order of your choice. When the first trigger resolves, it will remove the last time counter on its spell, then you’ll cast that spell and that spell will resolve. After that, the final time counter will come off of the other spell and then you’ll cast that second spell.
I control Mogis and Sheoldred. When it's my opponent's upkeep, who gets to control the order of the triggers? Can I choose Sheoldred's trigger to resolve before Mogis's? Thanks.
You control both triggers, so you choose the order in which they’ll resolve.
If I understand it correctly, you can combo Verdant Confluence with Zada if you pick options 1, 3, and 3. But would it also work if you pick options 1, 1, and 1?
As long as you have at least one instance of the first option (all of which target Zada) and none of the second option, any combination is fine. So 1 1 1, 1 1 3, or 1 3 3.
