a spell to heal a broken heart | inspired by bap’s save me
items you will need:
🔥 black, blue, or white candle
🔥 paper and pen (preferably black ink)
🔥 fire safe dish
⚠️ this spell does include lighting paper on fire, please be careful! ⚠️
🔥 grab your pen and paper, write down the things that broke your heart along with how those things made you feel (be 100% honest!! you can write as much as you want!!)
🔥 light your candle
🔥 fold the list many times and focus your negative energy towards it while you hold it tightly in your hand
🔥 carefully light the paper on fire using the candle and place it in your dish
🔥 visualize all the things on the list being destroyed
🔥 once the paper is completely burned, blow out your candle
🔥 rinse the cooled ashes down a drain
