On Trust for The Nation Barbara Jones A few of her distinctive watercolours for Clough Williams-Ellis’ celebration of 50 years of the National Trust ‘for everyone, for ever’ published in 1947. Popular Art in Britain F D Klingender Detail from the A.I.A. Catalogue of the 1943 exhibition of Popular Art, beginning with Hogarth and running through until Victorian Times. This may have been of the the earliest exhibitions to celebrate Popular Art and I’d guess that Enid Marx & Barbara Jones would have visited.
