Ingredients: 2 cups pulled pork. 2 cups shredded cooked chicken. 1 cup diced onions. 1 cup diced celery. 1 cup diced carrots. 1 cup corn kernels. 1 cup lima beans. 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes. 4 cups chicken broth. 1/2 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Salt to taste.
Instructions: Put onions, celery, and carrots in a large pot and cook them until they get soft. Put in diced tomatoes, corn, lima beans, pulled pork, and chicken that has been shred. Mix well. Put chicken broth, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt into the pan. Do a thorough mix. Let the flavors blend and the vegetables cook all the way through for 30 minutes over medium-low heat. If you need to, change the seasonings and serve hot.
