Ingredients: 300g firm tofu, drained and pressed. 1/2 cup mixed nuts such as almonds, walnuts, and pecans, finely chopped. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast. 1 tablespoon soy sauce. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin. 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, crumble the tofu into small pieces. Add chopped nuts, breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix until well combined. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the tofu nut balls. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the balls are golden brown and firm to the touch. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or as a topping for salads or pasta. Enjoy!
