Delicious and sticky oven barbecue ribs with a flavorful marinade, slow-cooked to perfection. This Cafe Delites recipe will satisfy your barbecue cravings without a grill!
Ingredients: 2 racks baby back ribs. 1 cup barbecue sauce. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup honey. 2 tablespoons brown sugar. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Set the oven to 275F 135C before you start. Take the membrane off of the back of the ribs. BBQ sauce, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl to make the marinade. Make sure the marinade covers all of the ribs by brushing it on. Wrap the ribs in foil and put them on a baking sheet. Put it in the oven and baste it every hour for three hours. Take off the foil and raise the oven temperature to 190C/375F. For another 30 to 45 minutes, baste and turn the ribs every now and then until they are sticky and caramelized. Take it out of the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and then add chopped fresh parsley on top. Cut it up, serve it, and enjoy!
