So some of you folks following me may remember a couple of weeks ago I did barbecue pulled jackfruit. Never showed a shot of the complete project. Did it again last night. It’s topped with a red and white cabbage, and carrot coleslaw dressed with an avocado, lime, and maple syrup dressing (all of that blended together of course).
