Casa de Piedra "Espuma de Piedra EP + bn" Blanc de Noirs
So I'm going a little crazy here - now with a bubbly made from Barbara grapes from Mexico! It's nice coppery color on this guy too. Raspberry, blackberry, hint of pomegranate, brioche, and linzer cookies on the nose. Loads of linzer cookies on the palate. A lot redder and a little stickier than champagne, but interesting stuff!
